Thank you for participating in the 8th annual Trenton Avenue Arts Festival in amazing East Kensington! We hope you are as excited as we are for this unique Philadelphia event, which is held in conjunction with the Kensington Kinetic Sculpture Derby. The event will be Saturday, May 18 from 12 noon to 5 PM.

Vendor Placement and Load-in Instructions
Please download the vendor map and loading instruction packets above. There will be 3 loading groups, each one assigned a half-hour loading time between 9:00 -10:30 am. Loading times correspond to your booth placement, which can be found in the vendor instructions. No cars will be allowed on festival grounds after 10:30am and will be towed if left unattended after this time.
9:00 AM: Sections A, B, C, D and Food trucks
9:30 AM: Sections E, F, G, J and N
10:00 AM: Sections H, I and M
Vehicles may enter the festival grounds via Susquehanna at Frankford. Keep in mind that Susquehanna is a one-way street pointing NW away from Frankford. You will be entering the “wrong” way from Frankford Avenue. Please unload quickly and exit to the north via Susquehanna. No cars are permitted south of Berges.
Trenton Ave. is a cobblestone street and the surface can be uneven. There is no electricity available to vendors outside of the designated area.

Two ATMs will be available, one at the PFCU branch (Dauphin and Trenton) and one at the corner of Trenton and Susquehanna.
Directions:
By Public Transportation: The Trenton Avenue Arts Festival and the Kensington Kinetic Sculpture Derby are easily accessible from the Market-Frankford Line Berks stop. The festival’s entrance and the Derby’s infamous mudpit are 2 blocks southeast from the Berks stop.
By car: The festival is located on the 2000/2200 blocks of Trenton Avenue (between Dauphin and Norris) Philadelphia, PA, 19125. It’s easily accessible from Frankford Ave., York and Front streets. For out-of-town vendors, the festival is easily accessible from I‐95. If you need more specific directions please contact us at [email protected]
